In case of return due to customer's convenience:
We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience. Please note. 

You may be able to cancel your order before shipping. Please contact us once.

If you receive a defective product or a product different from your order:
We will respond by returning or exchanging the product. Please contact us from the contact form within 7 days after the arrival of the product.

※If you do not receive a reply within 3 business days, please contact us again.

Emails may not be delivered normally due to spam mail countermeasures based on domain restrictions, so please check that the following domains can be received.

・Depending on the e-mail service, e-mail software, anti-virus software, etc., the e-mail may be recognized as spam and may not be delivered correctly.

If so, check your spam folder or check your service or software settings.

※Please note that we cannot accept defective products that meet the following conditions.

・Items more than 7 days after arrival
・Second-hand goods
・Defective items are excluded if the delivery address is different from the orderer

The procedure is as follows.

1:Please email us the following information within 7 days of the arrival of the product.

・Orderer's name
・Home Address
・Defective part (Please fill in the photo in case of damage etc.)
・Order number (found in the order confirmation email sent)

2:Once the email is confirmed, we will guide you through the exchange or refund process.
